VIDEO: Students with cancelled results camp at KNEC offices

Hundreds of students who are yet to get their 2015 KCSE examinations results streamed into the Kenya National Examinations Council offices in Nairobi to lodge their complaints. The government has given the candidates a 30-day window to do so. Among students seeking clarity on their results are those categorized as W for results withheld because their papers are still under investigation, as well as P category candidates whose results are pending because their personal documents were not properly filed at the time they registered for the examination. Others are category Y candidates whose results were cancelled as well as those who want their examinations remarked. Those requesting the remarking of their papers are required to pay Ksh 1,000. Over 5,000 candidates had their results cancelled due to cheating.
