VIDEO: Tharaka Nithi Governor grilled for the third time

For the third time in a month, Tharaka Nithi Governor Samuel Ragwe found himself in trouble, as he could account for 1.9 billion shillings missing from the county coffers. The Governor insisted that he had documents to show the transactions, but the committee through its chairman, Peter Any’ang’ Nyong’o rejected the documents saying they should have first been verified by the technical committee.
