Controversy and confusion has shrouded the planned launch of Bungoma Senator Moses Wetangula’s presidential bid. Wetangula postponed the launch to be held in Kakamega for the second time after a disagreement on just where the launch should be held.

ODM stalwarts in the county claim to have been sidelined as the Luhya Council of Elders are opposed to having the launch held in Kakamega; the elders claim such a move will localize Wetangula’s presidential bid restricting it within the western region bloc. So which way Wetangula?
