According to her, some of them are spending most of their time in Nairobi instead of Kirinyaga.

“From now henceforth, it is about results or you will go home,” Waiguru told the CECs.
The county boss said all CECs must be held accountable in terms of their work as they are being paid using public funds.
“Kirinyaga County cannot just be paying salaries on time yet our roads are incomplete,” she said.

She further noted that all county employees have signed performance contracts and there is no excuse for them not to deliver.
“It is the people of Kirinyaga who will decide … we will ask them who they want to go and who they think can work,” she warned.
Waiguru was speaking on Wednesday in Sagana after launching road and transport machines worth Ksh.250million.
She was accompanied by her Deputy Governor Peter Ndambiri as well as 33 MCAs led by Majority Leader Kamau Murango.
