Waititu wants ruling declaring Kidero Governor reversed

Kabete Member of Parliament Ferdinand Waititu, who was a candidate for the seat of Nairobi Governor in the 2013 General Elections, now says he will move to the Supreme Court to seek the reversal of the court’s decision striking off his petition against the election of Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero,

Waititu has announced that he has already lined up his team of lawyers led by Senior Counsel Paul Muite to seek the removal of Kidero following the verdict of the JSC special committee that Justice Philip Tunoi should face a tribunal over inappropriate contact with representatives of an election petition litigant.
