Wamboras Impeachment Case Begins

A 3 judge bench constituted by Chief Justice Dr. Willy Mutunga will hear the case.

The judges hearing the case are justices Cecilia Githua, Boaz Olao and Hedwig Ogundi.

Wambora got a temporary reprieve after the high court reinstated him temporarily until the case is heard and determined.

Meanwhile, Embu County Assembly Speaker Kariuki Mate has threatened to declare the governor’s seat vacant, saying the moment the senate sent Wambora home; he ceased to be the Embu governor.
