Western Kenya MPs pledge to embrace Jubilee in 2017

A section of leaders from Western Kenya have given the strongest hint that they will reconsider their political stand and cross over to the ruling coalition ahead of the 2017 general election.

The Western Kenya leaders who spoke in Kiminini, Trans Nzoia County in the presence of Deputy President William Ruto say their decision to work with the government is for the sake of the development of the region.

The political leaders from the area vowed to continue working with the Jubilee administration so long at it serves the interest of their people.

The leaders were speaking at a function presided over by the Deputy President.
