Wiper Party launches bid to expel rebel members supporting Jubilee

The Wiper Party has launched its bid to expel rebel members with the formation of a disciplinary committee. The committee is expected to give the rebels 14 days to show cause why they should not be expelled for defecting to the Jubilee Party. Meanwhile, ODM has formally invited applications for the party ticket in the 2017 poll.
