Witness Fails To Turn Up In Ruto, Sang Case

The resumption of the ICC trial against Deputy President William Ruto and Journalist Joshua Arap Sang at The Hague experienced a hitch on the first day after the witness who was scheduled to testify failed to turn up. The prosecution claims it has been unable to verify with the witness why he failed to show up but the defence teams believe there could be credibility issues involved. Sylvia Chebet reports.
