A 62-year-old woman was on Tuesday sentenced to 35 years in prison after she was found guilty for a robbery with violence charge.

Joyce Wairimu Kariuki, an ex-convict of Shimo La Tewa GK Prison, was accused of involvement in robbery of motor vehicles  between 2018 and 2019 in Nakuru, Nairobi and Mombasa.
