Woman injured after unknown assailants attack her

A woman in Kitambui village in Mukusu Sub-location, Machakos County is nursing  injuries after unknown assailants attacked her at her home.

Confirming the incident, Masinga OCPD, Mashua Juma denounced the criminal act saying that the mysterious gang attacked the woman with machetes, inflicting multiple serious injuries on her.

Juma has, however, assured residents that police have launched investigations into the matter to establish the motive of the attackers.

The victim is receiving treatment at Embu Hospital.
