Woman who stormed Matiang’i office claims ‘prophesy’

A woman has pleaded guilty to causing disturbance while seeking audience with Interior CS Fred Matiang’i at his office on Monday.

Jemimah Wangari, who was identified as a preacher, is said to have stormed Harambee House and shouted demanding to see the CS.

She told the court that she had a prophetic message to tell Dr. Matiang’i but declined to go into details.

Milimani Principal Magistrate Kennedy Cheruiyot sentenced her to one year probation.
