Women accuse gov’t administrator of soliciting for sexual favours

Residents of Kabii village in Mwimbi division, Meru County now want their area sub-chief, Josphat Mbii Samwel interdicted for allegedly breaking marriages by soliciting sexual favors from women.

Speaking to the press, the residents claimed that whenever women consult the administrator for any service, he forced them to go in bed with him as a prerequisite of hearing out their cases which saying.

One of the residents, Esther Muthoni, narrated to Citizen Digital how the unscrupulous chief propositioned her.

“One day I went in his office and asked him to sign my form so I could get financial assistance and he told me to sleep with him first, but I refused,” said Muthoni.

Muthoni says the administrator refused to sign the form after she snubbed his advances.

Another resident,  Linda Kagendo, said that  illicit brew business has blossomed and drastically turned the youths into hopeless drunkard school drop-outs  because most women are in cahoots with the errant state official.

In his defense, the administrator has refuted the allegations saying that the residents are out to tarnish his name because he has been strict.

He claims his woes stemmed from his firm dealings on the illicit brew menace.
