Your Story: 60 Year Old 39 Years In The Gym

Campaigns for regular work outs have grown louder in recent days especially because so many of us are considered overweight or obese. But despite the best intentions, many who take up exercising fail to be consitent or suitably discplined. By contrast, a 60 year old Kwale man has never missed a day in the gym save for a Ramadhan weekend. For 39 years, Bakari Matano has faithfully lifted his weights and toned his muscles. And for his diligence, Bakari today looks half his age and has successfully avoided common diseases here is his story as suggested by Mwasifa Juma from Ukunda, Kwale County.
