Vibrant Zuma to become an official recording artist

Jacob Zuma has come across as a very vibrant leader and especially when it comes to using dance and music as his leadership style.

The former South African President is now on the course to becoming an official recording artist.

This is a rarity not only among African leaders but across the globe as well.

Jacob Zuma will be recording his favorite struggle songs this year after a reaching a deal with Ethekwini municipality’s department of parks, recreation and culture based in South Africa.

The deal was announced by Thembinkosi Ngcobo , the head of parks, recreation and culture at the municipality.

“In terms of the city’s integrated development plan, we were mandated to stimulate economic growth through social cohesion and bringing people together, either through music or sport or cultural activities,” he said.

Despite the numerous fraud charges preferred against the former president, a good number of south Africans have welcome the move saying the liberation songs are a way to preserve the culture and heritage of south Africa.
