AFC Leopards will travel to Kericho Green Stadium to play hosts Chemelil Sugar in a KPL match slated for Saturday.

The match had earlier been scheduled for Moi Stadium in Kisumu which could have eased Leopards journey headache from Mumias where they have been camping for the last two weeks.

The struggling millers’ patron Moses Adagala has instead opted for Kericho since the Kisumu venue has been booked.

“We have agreed to take the match to Kericho now that Moi Stadium in Kisumu will not be available on Saturday,” he said.

The former chairman of the now defunct Muhoroni Youth also added that the Leopards tie is of great importance to his team hence “no room for errors”.

“We are taking it with a lot of seriousness and so the need to have it played at Green Stadium which is our third home ground after Moi Stadium and Muhoroni Stadium,” Adagala added.

Main stand tickets retail at Sh500 while terraces ones cost Sh200 only.

Chemelil are rooted in the relegation zone at position 16 on nine points while high flying Leopards sit at position six with 37 points, 11 behind leaders Gor Mahia.
