Ajowi names 18 finest for Ghana World Cup qualifier

National U-20 Women team coach Caroline Ajowi has named the traveling squad ahead of their first round 2018  World Cup Qualifier against Ghana, set for Sunday at the Cape Coast Stadium, Ghana.

The team has been camping at the Machakos’ Kenyatta Stadium, with Harambee Stars assistant coach Musa Otieno joining the ladies  technical bench to bolster their preparations.

Travelling party

Corazone Aquino, Judith Osimbo, Wincate Kaari, Brenda Achieng, Diana Wacera, Fiscah Nashivanda, Lilian Awuor, Lucy Akoth, Rachel Muema, Quinter Atieno, Lilian Mmboga, Veronica Awino, Gentrix Shikangwa, Linda Nasimiyu, Leah Cherotich, Martha Amunyolete, Stella Anyango

Technical Bench

Musa Otieno (Technical lead), Caroline Ajowi (Coach), Ann Aluoch (Asst Coach), Jackline Akoth (Asst Coach), Hassan Shah (GK Trainer), Mikael Igendia (Strength and Conditioning Coach), David Ndakalu (Team Doctor).

The team is set to depart for Accra on Friday, at 8:30 Am EAT (+3GMT) and is expected back on Tuesday next week at 5:30 Am.
