Football Kenya Federation Premier League side Bandari FC has already resumed training at their Mbaraki Grounds ahead of the league resumption.

According to their technical director Twahir Muhiddin, they have already started their training led by coach Andre Casa Mbungo with almost a full house after the return of goalkeeper Justin Ndikumana who was in Burundi.

“We have already get back to our normalcy with only Abdallah and Chetambe yet to join from national team camp”, said the soft spoken Muhiddin

The Mombasa based side will restart their league campaign against Bidco United at Mbaraki on 15th of this month.

They will then travel to Nairobi and Kisumu to tackle KCB and Western Stima respectively in other May fixtures.

Bandari are currently fifth in the log with 26 points after 15 matches.

On World cup qualifiers postponement, Muhiddin who is among Jacob Ghost Mulee’s assistants lauded the step saying alot of Harambee Stars players could be caught off-guard having being out of the fields for long after the sports were suspended countrywide.

“I think it will be of benefit to us(Harambee Stars) because we could play teams who have been active in their leagues”.
