The first leg has been scheduled for July 28, 2019, with the second leg set to be played at the MISC Kasarani on August 4, 2019.

The aggregate winner of the two-leg qualifier will face off with Sudan in the second and final qualifying round, to be played on a date set to be announced in due course. The final tournament, reserved for players actively featuring in their respective national championships, has been scheduled for January 2020.
