Bandaris Muhiddin mulls Wadri central role

Bandari caretaker coach Twahir Muhiddin says he could be forced to switch William Wadri back to a central attacking role after Wycliffe Ochomo became the latest striker to join Bandari FC’s injury list.

The former Harambee stars coach is still in search for his first win since he was appointed Bandari’s caretaker coach and the absence of a natural striker will present another hurdle when they host Kakamega Homeboyz on Saturday.

Ochomo suffered injury in their previous outing at Posta Rangers, joining other strikers including Abdallah Hassan and Yema Mwana on the sidelines.

“I will have to switch Wadri back to the striking role as my strikers are all out injured. Ochomo stretched his muscles and will be out together with Hassan who has a week before coming back”.

The Dockers, then under Bernard Mwalala, lost 1-0 in the first leg against Homeboyz in December last year.

They have not tested a win in their last three outing losing all to the Nicholas Muyoti’s charges.
