On form Abdallah Hassan has vowed to carry his goal-scoring prowess to the Super Cup when Bandari make their bow in the tourney against Tanzanian outfit Singida United at the National Stadium in Dar es Salaam tomorrow.

Abdhallah scored his third goal in as many matches as the coastal based side edged Posta Rangers 1-0 in a league assignment at the Mbaraki Sports Club at the weekend, and the attacking midfielder is keen to bang more goals when they face struggling Singida.

Abdallah is confident that their side can make a dream debut in the competition.

“I am in good form and I hope this continues even in Dar, we are ready as a team. We’ve had good preparations for the tournament and our morale is high especially after our win against Posta, lets hope the goals will come against Singida, ”he enthused.

Abdallah is also keen to keep his form as he looks to earn a slot in Harambee Stars squad that will feature at the African Cup of Nations finals in Egypt beginning June.

“My aim is to help my club but I am  also working hard to be among the players who will be under Sebastian Migne in Misri ,”added Abdallah.

On the other hand, club captain Felly Mulumba has promised a ‘good performance’  when they face the tricky test from Singida who have only registered one win in their last 10 league matches.

Bandari held their first training session yesterday in Dar es Salaam under the watchful eye of head coach Bernard Mwalala who came back in Posta’s win after being out for two weeks on compassionate leave.

The tactician may have been handed a major injury boost ahead of the clash after Bernard Odhiambo was also involved in yesterday’s training session, having been on the sidelines for several weeks.
