Erick Githimu first half goal gave newly promoted Bidco United side a 1-0 victory against Posta Rangers in the only FKF Premier League match played on Wednesday at the Moi international Sports Center, Kasarani .

It was the third match in row Posta have gone without a win in the league having lost to AFC leopards last week and drawn against Ulinzi Stars a fortnight ago.

For Bidco, it was a massive three points who had lost to Kakamega Homeboyz in their previous match and now they lie 11th in the league standings with 11 points while Sammy Omollos Posta rangers are 13th on the log with 10 points .

The league will continue tomorrow with Mathare united hosting Western stima

Meanwhile in the ongoing transfers Wazito FC announced the signing of former Sofapaka captain Eli Asieche on a long-term deal.

The attacking midfielder who has previously played for KCB FC and Kariobangi Sharks Stated it was an easy choice for him joining Wazito as he has many friend at the club who will help him settle easily

“Wazito was an easy choice because it is a team with a good structure. I also have friends in the team and I felt that it would help me settle easily. I am here to create and score goals for the team. I am also excited to work with coach Francis Kimanzi who understands me and I will give my best in Wazito colors,” he told the club website.

Asieche joins Erick Otieno from Nzoia Sugar FC, Levis Opiyo from Gor Mahia, and John Odhiambo formerly with Ushuru FC who were also signed by the club today .
