Gor knock out Vegetarianos, set up Esperance date

Gor Mahia FC are into the first round of the CAF Champions League after claiming a 3-1 aggregate win over Leones Vegetarianos in the preliminary round.

The Kenyan champions had taken a commanding 2-0 lead into the second leg and forced their Equatorial Guinea opponents to 1-1 draw on Wednesday to set up a first round clash with Tunisian giants Esperance.

Esperance had earlier dumped out ASAC Concorde of Mauritius with an emphatic 6-1 aggregate win.
