Isuza, Mudavadi in as Zico names squad for Sudan tie

Kakamega Homeboyz’s Moses Mudavadi and AFC Leopards midfielder Whyvonne Isuza have been given starting berths in Harambee Stars squad to face Sudan, in Kenya’s second match of the CECAFA Senior Challenge.

The duo started on the bench in the first match, but have replaced Anthony Wambani and and goal scorer of the day Abdallah Hassan of Bandari, who were in the XI against Tanzania on Sunday.

Captain Joash Onyango will man the defense in conjunction with Johnstone Omurwa, David Owino and Samuel Olwande as they cover Western Stima custodian Samuel Odhiambo.

Oscar Wamalwa, will spearhead the goal hunt mission, in his second match for Harambee Stars ever, in a match that head coach Francis Kimanzi will be not on the touchline following a two-match suspension.

The match kicks off  at 1:30pm EAT, with second match of the day pitting Tanzania’s Kilimanjaro Stars and Zanzibar Heroes.
