The Kenya national Under-20 football team Head Coach John Kamau has called up 28 players to camp ahead of an international friendly fixture against Cameroon on December 10.

Kamau has retained most of the players who were selected to travel to South Africa a week ago and that went on to lose 3-1 but there was room for 11 new faces.

Gor Mahia’s attacking midfielder Amos Nondi will retain the captain’s armband while AFC Leopards custodian Edwin Mukolwe remains the favorite in the goalkeeping department that includes Bandari Youth’s Ahmed Omar, Mathare Youth’s Job Ochieng and Gituru Secondary School’s George Ochieng.

Kamau will draw experience from several other Kenyan Premier League (KPL) faces included in the squad, among them Jaffery Owiti of Chemelil Sugar, Collins Odhiambo and Baraka Badi of Thika United FC, and Anthony Wambani of Bandari FC.
