Vilma Achieng and Natalie Akinyi combined for 25 points to power KPA past UON Dynamites in a 76-37 rout at the Nyayo Gymnasium in Nairobi.

The Dockers completely dominated their opponents in all quarters entire quarters, winning 19-9 in the opening quarter before claiming another crushing 19-2 lead in the second.

The Varsity side found a little spark in the third quarter, with Liz Okumu and Valary Kemunto scoring 13 in a 13-15 loss.

Mike Opel’s charges sealed the win with a 23-13 triumph in the last quarter, Akinyi and Achieng giving a sparkling performance.

Dynamites point guard Valary Kemunto gave a spangled performance notwithstanding the rout sinking 12 points for the Varsity side.

Docker’s tactician is determined to make an improved performance in each game with the aim of gelling up the team.

“It was not a good game from my players and am pleased that we are making improvement after each and every game,” Said Opel.
