KRU release 2018 circuit dates

The Kenya Rugby Union has announced the dates for the six rounds of the 2018 National Sevens Circuit.

The circuit begins in Nakuru on the weekend of July 21/22 before moving to Eldoret a week later.

After the action in Eldoret, the circuit will then break for two weeks before resuming in Nairobi where the Kabeberi Sevens will take place on the weekend of August 18/19

The Driftwood Sevens will then follow suit a week later in Mombasa after the Nairobi event.

The Dala Sevens in Kisumu, set for September 8-9, will be quickly followed by the Christie Sevens in Nairobi (September 15-16) as the curtains down on the circuit.

Kabras Sugar claimed the 2017 National Sevens Circuit overall crown last season, their first title since the club was formed.

Prinsloo Sevens, Nakuru: 21-22 July

Sepetuka Sevens, Eldoret: 28-29 July

Kabeberi Sevens, Nairobi: 18-19 August

Driftwood Sevens, Mombasa: 25-26 August

Dala Sevens, Kisumu: 8-9 September

Christie Sevens, Nairobi: 15-16 September
