No shame in losing to Djokovic Murray

Andy Murray believes there’s no shame in losing to the likes of Novak Djokovic and Roger Federer, describing his rivals as ‘two of the greatest players of all time,’

But, the Brit says he needs to look hard at his game if he is to find a way to beat either of the world’s top two players on a more regular basis.

Murray lost Sunday’s Paris Masters final against Djokovic in straights sets (6-2 6-4), bringing the Serb’s record against him in 2015 to 6-1.

He has also lost twice to Federer this season, exiting to him at the semi-final stage of Wimbledon and the Cincinnati Masters.

Murray still has two major trophies to contest before the year is out, with the ATP World Tour Finals in London beginning on November 16, followed by Britain’s Davis Cup final against Belgium.

But he says he’s feeling good physically and mentally, having taken strategic breaks throughout the season.
