Kenyan Premier League champions Gor Mahia are through to the quarter finals of the Cecafa Kagame Cup after downing Ports FC  of Djibouti 2-0 in Rwanda this afternoon in their second group match of the competition.

Boniface Omondi scored in 70th minute to give Gor the lead before a late addition from Denis Owalo secured the three points for K’Ogalo.

Gor Mahia is leading Group D with six points after winning their first group match against Maniema Union of DRC. They’ll play their last group game against KMKM from Zanzibar on Sunday.
