Sam Nyamweya to sue former employer of suspension

Former Football Kenya Federation President, Sam Nyamweya, has given a notice to sue FKF after it handed him a ten-year suspension not to participate in matters football on Tuesday, March 28
Nyamweya was suspended for not following the federation constitution, after going to court earlier to bar FKF from interfering with the running of the Kenya Premier League.
He says the federation does not have the mandate to suspend a person who is not a member of the federation, since he retired last year and handed over to Nick Mwendwa.
He claims the suspension was reached over an year ago and only months after he retired from FKF.
