Stage set for Embu 7s as big guns confirm participation

Kenya Cup champions KCB are among the big guns expected to fight for honours at this year’s Embu 7s set for this weekend in Embu County.

Other Kenya Cup sides expected to grace the third edition of the tournament include Nondies, Impala Saracens, Kenya Harlequins, Nakuru RFC, Blak Blad, Strathmore Leos. Others are Mwamba and newly promoted Mean Machine.

Samurai Select are the defending champions after beating nationwide side Northern Suburns 20-7 to clinch the 2017 title.

Royal Media Services Limited through its radio brands – HOT 96, Wimwaro FM and video- on-demand platform VIUSASA– have partnered with the organisers  Embu Rugby Football Club. Early tickets retail at Sh 200.
