Top drivers to navigate for honours at Nanyuki Rally

All Classic car rally which has attracted at least 23 entrants is set to gear off on Wednesday morning at prestigious Fairmount, Mount Kenya Safari Rally Club in Nanyuki.

Second edition Top Fry titleholder Baldev Charger will be on the tracks cruising a Porsche 911 navigated by Ravi Soin and will be on the hunt to retain the title.

The rally will also see South African sisters Lola Verlaque, co-driven by her father Eddy Verlaque cruising Escort MK1 and Megan Verlaque navigated by Rikus Fourie driving Volkswagen MK1, challenge for honours.

Oman international Joey Ghose has also confirmed her entry making her top fry rally debut voyaging a 1970 Ford Escort Mk1 navigated by Stepahan Prevot.

The rally will also feature two-time East African Classic rally champ Ian Duncan gracing the tracks with Ford Mustang 4 navigated by Antony Nielsen.

The entrants will battle three competitive stages each day covering up to 250 Kilometres with the last day involving 100kms stride.
