Bandari FC coach Andre Casa Mbungo has confirmed the re-signing of former defender Felly Mulumba as they bolster their squad after a poor start of the season.

Speaking after guiding his charges to a home loss against reigning champions Gor Mahia, the Rwandese said Mulumba is already with the squad and training as he competes for the slot in his first team.

“Yes, Felly is already with us and he is training with collegues so if he convince me he will get chance next game”, said Mbungo.

At the same time the former Rayon Sports coach is not sure if the dockers will add another signing in the current transfer window.

“We will see if there is a chance we will add another player in the team”.

Mulumba was released by Zimbabwean giants FC Platinums after a short stint with the Zvishavane based club which he joined in February last year from Bandari.

He only played one match with Platinumz coming in as a substitution in a Supee Cup match before Corona disrupt the kick off of the Zimbabwean league.

Bandari will now be up against two on-form sides; Kariobangi Sharks and AFC Leopards in their next fixtures playing away and home respectively.
