The Kenya Women’s Premier League champions Vihiga Queens will have their title coronation on Saturday when they play their final match of the season against Trans Nzoia Falcons at the Kitale Stadium.
Vihiga are holding on to the WPL title for the third successive year and will be boosted by the return of Kenyan international Jentrix Shikangwa who finished top scorer at the 2019 CECAFA Women’s championship in Tanzania.

Coach Alex Alumira has urged Vihiga Queens’ fans to turn up in large numbers to celebrate with the team.
Meanwhile, Two playoff matches have been lined up to determine the overall Women Div One champion as well as the third-placed team that will also earn promotion to the WPL.
