Wazito sign goalkeeper Peter Odhiambo from Gor Mahia

Wazito FC have continued with their rebuilding exercise signing custodian Peter Fredrick Odhiambo from Gor Mahia, the club confirmed on their official website Monday.

A serial league winner, Fredrick is expected to help tighten Wazito’s goalkeeping department that leaked 30 goals last term.  He has previously played for KPL side, Mathare United.

“I feel good to be here, and I want to thank God for this opportunity. I want to urge the supporters to back us heading to the new season and we will deliver the goodies,” he told the club’s website.

He becomes the club’s eighth signing after Vincent Oburu who was acquired from AFC Leopards, Kevin Kimani(Mathare United), Bonface Omondi(Gor Mahia), Jackson Pogba Juma(AFC Leopards), Edwin Omondi(Western Stima), Mark Otieno(Leads United) and Kevin Okumu(City Stars).
